Looks like Georgetown is getting another custom home builder, McCrary Homes.  Georgetown, Texas has more custom home builders per capita than any other town within a 100 mile radius…including Austin!  No, this is not a verified fact.  Maybe someday I’ll run the numbers, but for now, you’ll just have to trust me.

Bottom Line:  With such a high custom home to population ratio, you can take comfort that your Georgetown home value is anchored by some very nice surrounding homes.  Before you go jumping into any home builder, make sure you call me to help represent your best interests!  Even “big” builders have been filing for bankruptcy lately and you don’t want to have a half-built home!  More postings on that later!
